Spring Fair 2019 - Wednesday 6th February

General Fair Information

The Spring Fair is a new offering at the Penryn campus and is open to a range of exhibitors from a variety of sectors and to promote local vacancies and opportunities. The fair is promoted to both University of Exeter and Falmouth University students, from all years and disciplines, so you can expect students in their first year through to their final year to attend.

The fair charge includes:

  • A stand space (2m width x 1.5m depth x 2m height)
  • One table and two chairs
  • An electrical point (where possible)
  • Inclusion in the fair promotional material (including list of exhibitors, outlining roles available and web address)
  • Hyperlink from the Career Zone’s website to your organisation’s website (If provided before 30th January 2019).
  • Wi-Fi access
  • Pasty and water bottle for exhibitors (not included for internal exhibitors)
  • Car parking permit for one vehicle

 Invoicing will take place after the event.

Date: 11-2pm Wednesday 6th February 2019

Fair Venue: The Compass, Exchange Building, Penryn Campus, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9FE.

Venue Access: From 9:00 to 5:00pm on the day.

Opening Times: The fair is open to students from 11am to 2pm.

Refreshments: Each exhibitor will receive a pasty and water bottle (excluding internals)

Deliveries: If you wish to make special arrangements for the delivery and/or collection of stands and/or materials for the fair in advance of the event, this can be arranged – details will be given in the final fair mailing. All deliveries are the responsibility of the exhibiting organisation.

Cancellation: You will be charged the full cost of the fair fee if you cancel your booking after Friday 25th January 2019. Bookings made after this date will also be fully payable if cancelled. Cancellations need to be made in writing to Rebecca Takeda-Frost: es-penryn@exeter.ac.uk
